Holistic and Natural Approach to Health & Vitality

I was drawn to Nutrition after it profoundly helped my chronic health condition. After being diagnosed with Polycystic Ovaries (Infertility) and being told that I would not be able to have children,I relied heavily upon conventional medicine for many years. By taking control of my own health and by seeking alternatives, I have found myself getting stronger and stronger and can now do things I didn't think would be possible!
I now have a beautiful little boy – healthy and strong.

I’ve always had a passion for nutrition and the effects that specific foods have on the body and realised that nutrition can have such a positive effect on our mental, physical and emotional level.

I believe that health is harmony among the physical, mental and emotional aspects of our being as well as with our nature and environment."

My therapy aims to treat the causal factors of ill health & imbalances. It treats them with the help of a personalised eating regime, targeted nutritional supplements & changes in lifestyle. I also work with the concepts of ancient naturopathic and hydrotherapy techniques, which provide the gentle tools to aid movement and detoxification within the body restoring the body to its natural, healthy state of being.
