Lee-Ann is a food scientist by degree and obtained her Diploma in Clinical Nutrition, in 2007, through the International Academy of Nutrition, in Australia (IAN).
With a passion for nutrition and living holistically, Lee-Ann is dedicated in assisting clients to live a life of quality. As a nutritional therapist she consults across the broad spectrum of all health ailments. Lee-Ann has a keen interest in obesity / weight loss, children nutrition, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), Thyroid imbalance, inflammatory diseases such as eczema, asthma and arthritis, depression and anxiety.
Lee-Ann has a private practice in Fairlands, Johannesburg and contributes to local publications on various nutritional topics. Lee-Ann is a firm believer in educating clients to make informed food decisions and to listen to their bodies.
She believes in treating one’s body like a temple and strives in assisting clients to achieve balance in body, mind and spirit. Lee-Ann’s mantra is 'Eat to Live and not Live to Eat'. Her passion and energy for life feeds the souls of her clients.
