Fiona received a diploma in Nutrition in 2005 from The Plaskett College in the UK and then in 2008 received a diploma in Nutritional Medicine, also from The Plaskett College in the UK .

She runs a private practice from her home in Strathavon, Sandton. The focus of her practice is to advise on nutrition and supplements and treat chronic illnesses holistically. She has also developed a weight loss programme that incorporates all of the above. Fiona believes that treating the body as a whole entity and not just the symptoms of an illness, is the only way to regain a healthy body and mind.
