  • Beatrice has a BSc in Nutritional Medicine from Thames Valley University in London. Prior to becoming a Nutritional Therapist she worked as a pharmacist in various hospitals in the Western Cape. Here she saw a vast quantity of drugs being used for chronically ill patients. She believes nutritional and lifestyle changes would be more effective and less toxic.  Becoming totally disillusioned with the world of pharmaceutical drugs and the symptomatic approach to 'health' which did little to heal she decided to study Nutritional Medicine.
  • Having a love of teaching Beatrice is committed to nutritional education, to build healthier communities and to enable people to take responsibility for their health rather than be chronically dependent on drugs and health practitioners.
  • Beatrice worked as a chef in both the USA and South Africa. She still loves to cook and is busy writing a cook book which will help to illustrate the lifestyle choices she promotes in her practice as a Nutritional Therapist.
  • Although Beatrice addresses all areas of health, she is most passionate about the nutritional support of those with mood and neuro-degenerative disorders.  She has spent time in London working with Lucille Leader, the Nutrition Director of The London Pain Relief and Nutritional Support Clinic. Lucille is an expert in the nutritional support of Parkinson's Disease.
