1. A Professional Member (PF) is a fully qualified Nutritional Therapist holding a BSc in Nutritional Therapy or a BSc in Health Sciences plus a diploma in Nutritional Therapy, subject to a Training Checklist, subject to Continuing Professional Development, fully insured and on the SAANT Register of Practitioners. Please refer to the Professional Membership Requirements.
2. A Provisional Member (PV) is a person holding a qualification in Nutritional Therapy, who began Nutritional Therapy training prior to January 2009, working towards attaining Professional Membership status, subject to Continuing Professional Development, fully insured and on the SAANT Register of Practitioners.
