Membership Applications and Fees

Membership Application Process:

1. Please read the "Introduction to Membership" web page specifying Membership Categories, to choose the correct Category of Membership.
2. Please read the web page detailing the Membership Benefits, Responsibilities and Fees to ensure you are familiar with Membership benefits, responsibilities; and the fees that will be due.
3. Please read the Constitution for further detail. Please understand that in order to uphold the dignity, standing and reputation of their profession, Members of SAANT are required to adhere to the SAANT Code of Ethics and Practice, as detailed in Appendix 1 of Constitution.
4. Please download the appropriate application form , fill in and submit via post.
5. Please make the appropriate payment and submit proof of payment via email or fax.
6. Membership Applications will be processed within 4 weeks and you shall be informed via email.

Membership Fees

Please see below for details for new Members joining during the year, existing Member renewals and late renewals.

Please Note:

For New Members:

• Membership year is 1 January to 31 December.
• Application Fee is payable on submission of Membership Application Form.
• Annual Membership Fee is payable upon acceptance by the Association.
• A 50 % reduction in the Annual Membership Fee will be applied if joining after 1 July.

For Renewing Members:

• Membership year is 1 January to 31 December.
• The Annual Membership Fee is payable no later than 31 March of the current year.
• If a member does not renew before the 31st of March they will have to re-apply for membership, including incurring the cost of the application fee. In this case the application fee is payable on submission of Membership Application Form.
